Mario partys

Uhm... what the hell is this. When did mario become a party game, i thought it was like one of those games were you go around killing stuff with your boot and getting mushrooms, not taking turns on a game " for the whole family!" I don't think it's bad all the time but seriously how did this come to be, even the new super Mario bros. with 4 players is better. So this game made 7 sequels, yeah that's a lot for a game, I don't even think world of warcraft would make that many expansions! like it would be fine to make the game for each system but they made like 2/3 per system! Well I don;t hate the game, like I don't think its that bad but did they have to make so many? My rating 7.2
